Michael Cavna

MICHAEL CAVNA is an arts reporter for The Washington Post. He is also an award-winning artist (Instagram: Michael.Cavna.Art). He is a four-time Eisner Award nominee and a three-time National Headliner Award recipient. He has interviewed such artists as Sarah Andersen, Tomm Moore, Dave McKean and Jason Chatfield about generative AI art. Born in San Francisco, he now hovers close to the newsroom in Washington, D.C.
